3. Contact by email and contact form
If you contact us by email (e.g. via the mailto link), the data you provide (at least your email address and message content) will be processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Via the contact form on this website you can submit your name, email address, an optional subject and your message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry. To prevent misuse (double opt-in), we temporarily store your details in a database and send a confirmation link to the email address you provided. Only after you click that link is the message forwarded to us (CrossiDev Studio / info@crossidev-studio.de). Without confirmation, nothing is forwarded. Unconfirmed entries are no longer used after the link expires (typically 24โ48 hours) or once the purpose no longer applies, and may be deleted or marked as expired. After successful confirmation, the data is retained in our mailboxes as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any statutory retention obligations. Optionally, the IP address may be stored for abuse prevention. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
